"Superb Service"

I have been registered with The Marshes, Snaith for about 26 years.

We have used the practice many times as a family and have always been satisfied.

But just recently the service has been absolutely fantastic.

I had a worrying health complaint in January. I discussed my concerns with the receptionist who was extremely professional in her role and calmed me and put me at ease straight away. She arranged for a doctor to contact me by telephone.

This was done very quickly and again the doctor was fantastic. She took time to listen to me babbling on, calmed me and then talked me through what to do. She also left me with the reassurance of not to hesitate to call if things persisted.

Things did progress.

I rang back a few days later and again the receptionist was equally as helpful as before and again a telephone appointment was arranged.

Another doctor rang me back straight away.

Patiently waited for me to try to explain my symptoms. She suggested I come in for a quick examination to underline things and to put me at ease.

I was examined within half an hour of that phone call by another extremely professional member of this exceptional team.

I have today been to the surgery for a routine appointment, again my consultation was wonderful.

I cannot express enough how elated I am with the duty of care these people have.

Please keep doing what you are doing.
