"Uncaring a&e staff"

About: North Manchester General Hospital

Transfered from Oldham Hospital, told they had a bed! Waited 5 hours on the corridor. Then another 4 for a surgeon (urologist) when emergancy situation! what a joke! most staff on adult majors unsympathetic ! They have no clue what they are doing

We were sorry to learn of your unsatisfactory experience when you were transferred from Oldham. I hope I can assure you that the Trust strives to provide patients with excellent care, so please accept our apologies for the distress the wait may have caused you. Our teams work hard to keep waiting times to a minimum so we are disappointed we did not achieve this for you on this occasion.
