(as a service user),

I have been unemployed for many years now, in the past I worked many physical jobs doing manual labor. In time this has caused me complications with my legs and I have been in  a lot of pain and unable to find work due to this. This has caused me a level of stress as I prefer being active and in employment, it has been a big lifestyle change.
