"Personality Clash?"

I have been with this practice for something over twenty years. During a series of personal misfortunes since 2014 I received excellent help and support, from one Doctor in particular who ended up taking the lead. All went well until the most recent event when I found myself meeting another member of the team who I had not previously had dealings with.

From that moment on, and throughout this particular event and subsequent process, communication has been poor or in negative terms and I have struggled to get satisfactory responses. I have come to feel that I am in some way being penalised. In discussing my plight with friends I have heard similar stories of non-cooperation. I find myself having lost trust and faith in this practice.
