(as a service user),

i used to work with many of the CGL staff when the service was run by Lifeline. I was seen in Shared Care at my GP, which did help with Confidentiality and my embarrassment/shame at requiring support from services.

i had previously worked alongside the keyworkers i got and had a good relationship with them . i feel like this didnt translate to doing the psychosocial work and more of a general chat. I feel i was trusted to do my own recovery work yet when i started working and was drug free i was left on supervised consumption which caused me a lot of hassle. Also my prescription was wrong on various occasions, 4/5 times when i returned to the area which i understand was part of the tender/contract transition.
