"Using Ask My GP service is a game changer."

About: Lower Clapton Group Practice

I have had great experience through Ask my GP and the Lower Clapton service and I thought it should be shared.

Unable to get through on the phone, I left a message through Ask my GP. I was called back within 2 hours and an appointment was made for that same day.

I was able to explain before going what I was worried about and what my symptoms were. This made for a really efficient assessment.

To add to this I was able to have follow up consultation with my GP via the messaging service updating with symptoms and getting referrals.

A massive thanks to one particular staff member and the rest of the team for the effective, efficient and sensitive service.

I couldn't recommend it more. Thank you.
