About: North Manchester General Hospital

I visited this Sexual Health Clinic for the first time yesterday, after a very stressful move to Manchester.

I was greeted by very friendly and helpful reception staff.

I was seen by a doctor who was extremely patient, thorough and most importantly treated me with respect.

I had blood tests taken from a wonderful nurse, I have very bad spells when taking my bloods due to anxiety.

The nurse was very good at reassuring me, making sure I was relaxed and went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease.

I have had very bad experiences at SH clinics in the past. I have never felt so reassured by such wonderful staff, they have completely changed my negative views on the services provided by the NHS.

Thank you again North Manchester Hospital! A very happy patient.
