"He is a shining light and bright torch"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

 I attended today at the Glasgow Victoria New Hospital, I wish to give some feedback and comments on my colonoscopy and gastroscopy operations.

I was very worried about my procedure and 
Dr Rajiva and his nurses put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and welcoming during the procedures.
He kept reassuring me and during the whole experience and process, he was very kind and polite and professional during our session.
I cannot praise him highly as he really truly deserves. And wish that all the consultants and doctors are like him, he is a shining light and bright torch to lead the misconceptions of NHS to an end.
Thank you for all your support and making sure I was well enough to return home to my granddaughter the same afternoon because that is what mattered to me the most, to be home with my family

I am pleased to read about the care and treatment you received from Dr Jajiva and his team. It is important that our patients feel reassured and comfortable during their procedure. We will share your feedback with the team and I am sure they will be delighted with your praise.
