"Dedication and friendly manner - magnificent."

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

Came into a&E then transferred to Ward 3E.  Treatment and care has been first class from start to finish. The staff in room 321 were 5/5. Their dedication and friendly manner were magnificent.

Alex and Kevin have great humour and are hard working. Nursing staff fabulous. Domestics and food great

Dear muscawg86,

It is great to hear that your care was 'first class' from admission in the emergency department and then in the stroke unit. We would all want the best possible care and it is a pleasure to read this was your experience.

As well all the technical aspects of care I agree that communication and compassion are important. Alex and Kevin will be delighted to read your comments. They always take time to make the experience as best as possible and equally work very hard.

We are fortunate to have an excellent team including our domestics and catering department. Their input is essential to making the experience positive.

Thanks for taking the time to post your feedback on care opinion. I hope you are now recovering well.

Best Wishes

Christine
