(as a parent/guardian),

Went to the out of hours GP service with a sick 2 year old. We were seen within 5 minutes by a senior nurse Derek who was fantastic with our daughter. After Derek we were seen by a GP called Emma who had a son at home with the same symptoms. Both Derek and Emma were excellent with our daughter and with us. Everything was explained to us from what to do now and what to do over the next few days. We are so lucky to have a service like this available to us especially with such fantastic staff.
