"The service and care was exceptional"

About: North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust Wythenshawe Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

I was discharged from ward A6 after a very painful attack of  pancreatitis. Only my second stay in hospital and I am 51. From the initial phone call to the ambulance to coming home the service and care was exceptional. Chris and his team on A6 were thorough, friendly and professional. Never made me feel stupid for asking questions and always a smile. This was my experience from cleaners, tea guys, auxiliary nurses, nurses and the doctors. The whole team gets a 10/10. Thank you. Other people on the ward were also impressed by the service but unfortunately happy customers are the least motivated to seek out where to leave the review. Keep up the good work.
