Hello,

I came for an appointment Thursday last to the respiratory department, I had an x-ray and lung function test and eventually a blood test, every single member of staff was extremely kind caring and a credit to your work force, I would like you to know how kind they all were and how very efficient, I am deeply grateful and deeply impressed with all of the staff I saw and at the speed with which I was seen. I am yours appreciatively
