Following recent inpatient experience for nephrectomy I cannot thank staff enough for the care and attention shown to me. The consultant and his surgical team and the nursing staff on Hailsham 4 level , were real gems. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such kind feedback following your recent experience of care under the Urology Team at Eastbourne District General Hospital; we really do appreciate it. We very much hope you are making a comfortable recovery from your nephrectomy procedure, with no unpleasant side effects, and are in good spirits.

The Trust works hard to provide a high standard of care for all patients, and we are therefore delighted to read this has been your experience. We are also pleased to note you found staff to be kind and caring; this must have been a great source of comfort and reassurance at what might have been an upsetting or worrying time.
