About: Central Middlesex Hospital Northwick Park Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Late January had appointment with doctor at Central Middlesex hospital . Doctor advise me take one week appointment for Shockwave therapy at Northwick Park for kidney stone but I haven't received latter. I contacted hospital they don't have any available date. So I am not sure how much it's take time to get appointment.  

I went with letter from the doctor to make appointment in urology.  Receptionist said I receive latter. but I haven't received appointment latter.
