"Great service"

My mother-in-law, has been a patient on the ward for almost two weeks, and we are delighted with the level of care offered by one particular doctor and his team.

After having unpleasant experiences with James Cook University Hospital and Newcastle Freeman Hospital recently, (and visiting 2 more hospitals in the North East!) We can truly say we have received the best care from your hospital and this wonderful team.

Even though the future is bleak for us as a family; we would like to express our sincere thanks to this particular doctor, for fighting our case and giving us hope, and a chance; which no other hospital has even attempted. This doctor is what we believe to be a true doctor; a doctor who fights for his patients and truly cares; he is an asset to the NHS.

After spending the majority of the last 3 months in the local hospitals, my mother-in-law would like to add that the doctors, nurses, health care assistants and catering staff on the ward are delightful; they've been the best.

In a world where people are quick to criticize and do not pass on gratitude; I would appreciate if you could pass our letter of praise and thanks to the relevant staff.
