"Still waiting for CT scan results 53 days after..."

After having surgery & being released with incorrect information on discharge sheet, I attended some 5 months later for a follow up appointment with my consultant. Discussion with consultant revealed that operation had only been partially successful & was referred by him for a CT scan 4 weeks later. Attended for the scan early December 2018 & up to date still waiting for results. I have contacted the specialists secretary on 2 occasions to chase up the scan results. but 53 days I am still waiting for the results. Shame on you.
