I was referred to Mk hospital for infertility assessment. It took 3 weeks for my appointment letter to arrive. Then three months for my inital appointment date to be set. My initial appointment was then cancelled and rescheduled for a week later. My consultant didnt have all of my test results at the time of my appointment which i was advised was neccessary for the appointment to go ahead. The consultant herself was very pleasant.
a follow up appointmemt came through quickly. After ringing up to see if i could bring my appointment forward due to work commitments i was told no as the consultant was on holiday so i confirmed my current appointment details. Less than 24 hrs later my appointment was then cancelled and when i asked why the receptionist was rude and unhelpful and told me the consultnat is entitled to a holiday! Im now waiting nearly half a year for a followup appointment and im left in limbo in the meantime. Not a great customer service experience so far!
