About: New Victoria Hospital / Out-of-hours GP service NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

I called and call was answered very quickly by a very pleasant lady. I was advised I would be called within 3hours. I got a call back within 30minutes.

Advised to attend OOH in the New Victoria Infirmary which I did. I was taken straight away from a doctor who was down to earth and gave me time.

Well done top class

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience of calling NHS 24 and attending at the Out of Hours Service. I hope you are feeling much better.

It's great that we managed to return your call sooner than anticipated and that upon attending the Out of Hours service you were seen quickly.

Here at NHS 24 we work hard to try to ensure that patients have the best possible experience as we appreciate that when they contact us they are normally worried or anxious about their own health or that of a family member.
