About: New Victoria Hospital / Haematology

(as a carer),

Just accompanied my Dad to an emergency haematology appointment at clinic P in the new Victoria this morning. The patient care he experienced was excellent, from the smile and friendly welcome from the reception staff to the empathetic, kind and caring attitude of all the nursing staff, onlong with the efficient and well communicated care provided by both the consultant and registrar he saw. I also work for the NHS (although not patient facing) and it the 1st class care my Dad received today is an exemplar of everything our NHS should aspire to being (which is what motivated me to provide this feedback)!
