"Blood test no longer a scary ordeal"

I have been seeing one particular staff member for the past 18 months. She is always cheerful, calm and can get my blood from the back of my hand on the first attempt.

At previous medical centres it has taken up to seven attempts to get blood, sometimes not at all! I felt like a pin cushion.

I always try to get my 4 weekly appointment with this staff member as she is professional and caring. A person who is well suited to their profession.
