About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Step 4 Psychotherapy Service

(as a service user),

I was waiting for a long term psychodynamic therapy for nearly two years. At my initial assessment I have been informed about long waiting list but also assured of long term 12 months support. Today, I have found out that instead promised long term support is actually six and not 12 months. This leaves me with key unresolved issues in connection to sexual abuse. 

I have allowed myself to explore the darkest part of self just to be informed that soon 'time is up' and I have to deal with rest of my own. 

Absolutely shocked !
