"Am I registered at Manor Park or Robin Lane?"

I am so frustrated every time I ring the surgery I'm holding for 20 mins plus anytime of day had to ring 3 times today as asked for help, was told they would sort it 6 hours latter still not done.

I am in a queue with manor park patients and Robin Lane patients ! Why? I am not registered with Robin Lane and I don't want to be. The worst thing this practice did was merge together they are not even in the same area!

Why would I want to go to Pudsey to see a GP on a weekend I live in Bramley and want to see a GP at my surgery or another local LS13 Surgery.

I'm going to try register at the new Bamley Village surgery it cant be any worse than this one!

I would NOT recommend this surgery to anyone.

Thankyou so much for taking the time to provide us with your comments and we are very sorry you have experienced long waits when trying to get through on the telephones.

We come under the Pudsey locality for our OOH services for evening and weekend appointments as with most surgeries in the LS13 area. Like all GP practices, our service and appointments are in great demand and so appointments do get booked up extremely quickly. We also need to consider what is a safe number of patients for doctors to see on a daily basis. It is very important we consider the safety of our patients and our doctors when reviewing any system we have in place.

We are very sorry you feel the need to register at another practice and hope you reconsider, but we also wish you the very best in your future heath choices.
