"Bridgenorth Hospital - not good"

There were a number of issues with my mother's treatment at this hospital and also surrounding communication with her family members.

I was not informed of an MDT meeting - told by member of staff that a missed call from a withheld number was enough.

Drinks and glasses left outside mother's reach - this continued after ward were informed about it.

Mother not fully dressed - lack of dignity.

Some staff were great but some were unpleasant and rude.

Second complaint via PALS not acknowledged.

In general my mother was kindly treated but communication and important aspects of care were poor. There were clinical issues too but these have been raised elsewhere.
