"CAN NEVER SEE MY DR"

I have never been able to visit my Dr since my doctor was replaced !! Luckily i did visit a nurse about my high blood pressure and she done a good job about 2 months ago. Yet again, i had needed to see my doctor urgently as i got back from my holiday early today because of my health and was told by the receptionist that a nurse might be able to help me tomorrow if i ring early in the morning, and if i am lucky i get an appointment. Last time i did this took me ages and the call costed me over £8. . I cannot do my stuff properly in the toilet, i get very very bad in the morning, very dizzy, feel like i am going to faint, Sometime i just want to give up. This is terrible, no wonder people are fed up. I had to put
