"Fantastic Care"

I have been coming to the Central Surgery for over 35 years.

During August 2017 I picked up an infection which is taking some time to heal. In the last year I have been dealing with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner who has been absolutely BRILLIANT! The care and attention to detail has been first class. The nurse involved has shown great care, professionalism and determination.

I can honestly say that this nurse has had a major influence on my recovery and care more than any other person including doctors within Central Surgery.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to this nurse who I hope will be congratulated for her wonderful care of me. This nurse has shown genuine interest in wanting to see me fully recovered and will always ask how the week/pain has been instead of treating me like another number.

I am not sure if anyone else would show such genuine care and attention during a time when I have had to undergo 3 Procedures within a year.

I would like to ask someone from the Surgery to officially thank this nurse for her amazing care and support to me over this last 12 months or so.
