I have had very positive experiences the last few times I have had to visit this surgery. The doctor I saw correctly diagnosed I had a broken bone in my foot and sent me straight off for an x-ray ( I thought I had damaged tendons according to Google)
The receptionist was great at this time too and called a mini cab to take me to the hospital.
Last week I had to go for a smear test with the practice nurse, I always get anxious about this as I find it very painful. The nurse was so lovely she calmed me down and did not rush me, she just has a very calming manner and it was over before I knew it, a little uncomfortable but not painful.
Just one suggestion, I think it might be good to have a bit of soft music or something as When you are in the waiting room you can hear everything going on in the nurses room.
