About: Victoria Hospital

Having attended on the advice of my GP re: deteriorating Asthma I was amazed by the quality of service that I received. The Doctor was incredibly thorough and swiftly addressed all of my needs in an exceptionally friendly and professional manner.

The Nurse assisted with nebulising (which immediately improved my condition) and she too was exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional.

To cap the experience off I was seen again by the Doctor before I left who offered further advice and supplied a comprehensive prescription and advice on where to get it out of hours.

I quite simply could not have received a better service - it was swift, professional, comprehensive and extremely friendly. A genuine credit to the NHS.

My only regret is that I did not get the names of the Doctor and Nurse so that I could namecheck them here but I would be extremely grateful if you could pass on my sincere thanks to them both.

The Operational Lead for Deal Minor Injuries Unit has advised us that your kind comments are a joint thank you to the staff you saw. We understand you came to the GP Hub run by Channel Health Alliance and needed to be nebulised so the MIU staff did this for the GP. You then went back to the GP for a prescription and for your care to be completed. We are very pleased that your whole experience was such a positive one and the different teams worked so well together to provide the care you needed.
