About: Kennet and Avon Medical Partnership

I ordered a repeat prescription online on 14 January but went to collect the paper version on Friday 18 January.

The TRAINEE dispensary assistant was unable to locate in the file, BUT she persisted and discovered that it had been printed in Pewsey, (I have lived in Marlborough for 25 years)! the TRAINEE then printed me a new paper presrciption and got it signed THEN and THERE by a doctor thus allowing me to go and fill it at a pharmacy.

BRAVO.

thank you so uch for your help and acumen in this situation, the same which cannot be said about Kenet Pharmacy!
