"Reassured, calmed and treated with so much dignity"

About: Mid Argyll Community Hospital and Integrated Care / General Medicine

(as the patient),

I was recently brought in by ambulance, suffering from severe blood loss. I was feeling very unwell and extremely embarrassed and vulnerable. The staff were great, in particular a young nurse called Rosie. I was reassured, calmed and treated with so much dignity it just made the whole horrible experience that bit more tolerable. I was swiftly packed up in another ambulance and sent to paisley. Thank you so much for all your reassurance and help, I really feel they went above and beyond just doing their job, they were brilliant.
