About: Brockhurst Medical Centre

This used to be a smashing surgery that supported patients and made you feel involved. Recently there is little availability to see the practitioner of choice, routine appointments take 3-4 weeks to be seen and when anyone tries to raise concerns with the practice they are left invalidated and told it is none of our business. A two tier service via facebook is in practice and any voice of concern is treated with disdain

All in all a poor show.

Dear patient

I am most grateful for you taking the time to register your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the practice currently.

I would very much welcome the opportunity to have a discussion with you regarding the issues you raised in your feedback especially the comment regarding 'when anyone tries to raise concerns with the practice they are left invalidated'.

I would urge you to make contact with me via the reception to agree a mutual convenient time to discuss your feedback.
