"Customer service - non existent"

About: Eastview Surgery

Contacted reception this afternoon and there is always one that has no time at all for anyone.

The customer service from this one individual is non existent, however other members of reception look after you, which I do praise.

I am still absolutely disgusted at the level of attempted service that was so called provided this afternoon, couldn’t believe the attitude I received.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to post a review in relation to your recent attendance at the surgery.

I am really sorry that you don't feel your recent visit to the surgery was a positive one. Further training will be given to all staff to make sure that customer service is improved.
