"Fantastic experience in the day surgery"

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at the day surgery unit.

I came in to have a laparoscopy for treatment of Endometriosis and Pelvic adhesions and received the most fantastic care from start to finish.

The nurse staff were extremely friendly and supportive and the anaesthasist made me feel extremely relaxed considering I have a needle phobia.

They allowed me plenty of time to recover and even provided me with gluten free toast which was lovely after having not eaten for over 12 hours.

I would highly recommend anyone to have surgery at the unit, you almost feel like you could be at home as you feel comfortable and the environment is very relaxed.
