There are many, many good people for who caring is their intrinsic nature that work at Broadmoor. Thank you.
When someone takes the time and effort to make a complaint it seems that Broadmoor is determined to keep complaint numbers to a minimum. This seems due to a nature of trying not to uphold any complaints as opposed to trying to get to the bottom of what has aggravated the patient and making ands. Patients may have difficulties wording accurately a complaint. If Broadmoor were quicker at trying to read between the lines and respond and act on complaints the service would improve greatly.
Recently I have been subjected to a cold seclusion room with emergency clothes (that was not needed in my opinion and that hold no heat) which did not feel enough and then bright lights all night.
