"Patient Feedback following Procedure"

Having used St.Anthony's a number of times previously for my family we had no hesitation in recommending them again for my partners current Gynaecology related issues. Following an initial consulation and a follow-up procedure which required day surgery with a general anesthetic on the 4th Dec 2018 we as of the 7th Jan 2019 are still awaiting the written results and follow-up consultation following this procedure. My partner was told prior to the procedure being undertaken that she would require major surgery following the procedure to hopefully alleviate the pain and the issues she was having.

However to move forward with the operation she needs the written results of her procedure which we cannot quiet believe we are still waiting for. My partner has rung the hospital on a number of occassions asking when we can expect these results and could the hospital chase them up with the consultant. We cannot quiet believe after over a month how un-responsive not only the consultant has been but also the hospital in dealing with this matter. As i write it seems we are going to have to make yet another phone call to St.Anthony's after another week has passed without any feedback whatsoever from the hospital or consultant. Needless to say we will not be using St.Anthonys for my partner's future surgery or at anytime in the future.
