My name is ****** ***** and I currently reside at High Wycombe.   I have been coming to the ORB centre for over a month.   My reason for writing this letter is because the care I receive3d from Samantha (receptionist) went above and beyond what I expected from a receptionist.   Samantha has taken time out not only to point me in the right direction but to escort me to places I had difficulty finding not only that, she makes it a point to exceed expectations.
