"Nothing seemed to be too much trouble"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology (Eye Problems)

(as the patient),

I would like to commend the treatment I recently received at ARI.  I had 2 cataract operations last year both with a general anaesthetic.  I was under the care of Mr Scott and I would like to say that I am very pleased with the outcome and am very appreciative of what Mr Scott was able to do for me.

The staff on Ward 203 were excellent and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.  I was also impressed with the theatre staff who looked after me very well.  It is always great to meet people with tricky jobs who have a good sense of humour to ease the situation.

Dear Elizabeth 46,

Thank you for your very kind comments following your cataract surgery. I am delighted to hear the outcome has been good for you. I will pass on your appreciative comments to Mr Scott as well as to the ward and theatre staff. I am very pleased they looked after you so well with an added sense of humour.

With best wishes and kind regards.

John
