"They are the kind of keyworker everyone needs"

About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Since I have had a new keyworker I have felt ten times happier attending One Recovery and engaging, since my previous worker was very unkind and I was reduced to tears on many occasions.

I feel my keyworker is approachable, they are also the first key worker to listen to my high need to get an increase and this is what I needed to get off heroin.

They are the kind of keyworker everyone needs to be honest and to work with.

Thanks for giving us your honest feedback. I am pleased to hear that you are getting on so well with your new keyworker, who you feel is being responsive to your needs to support you getting off heroin.

I am very concerned to hear about your previous experience and can I say sorry you have been made to feel this way. I would really like to meet up with you to hear more about your experience, so I can understand what has gone wrong. Please get in touch with your keyworker and ask them to arrange a meet up with me. Your experience doesn't match up to our core values we expect all staff to practice by.

I hope now you feel more supported you can focus on your ongoing recovery journey.

Wishing you all the best.

Tracy
