"Thank you all, you do a wonderful job"

About: University Hospital (Coventry) / Accident and emergency West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the WM ambulance service for the excellent service they have given to my Husband as we had the need to call them twice over the last 3 months. The paramedics on both instances were caring, reassuring and vet professional.

Once admitted the Emergency Team in A and E again were caring and professional in their whole treatment. We can’t believe the pressures these guys work under and the fact they are constantly havsing to process patients with no time between cases.

Thank you all, you do a wonderful job.
