"Amazing Caring MRI Team - Radiology Dept."

About: Russells Hall Hospital

My 15 year old daughter had to undergo a brain/head and spine MRI scan this week with a 1 hour scan duration.

She was so scared (me too!) but we were amazed by how caring, compassionate, reassuring and professional the male Radiographer and his female nurse were towards my daughter.

They showed so much patient care and attention throughout the whole appointment and procedure.

What an excellent team of caring professionals, thank you so very much!

My daughter cannot forget the lovely comment too (from a passing female nurse whilst we waited to go into the MRI room - we think from the same department - reassuring my daughter that the scanner was just like a big POLO MINT 😊. Thank you to that kind nurse too!
