With regard to car parking, once again we thank you for your feedback and would like to apologise for the difficulties that you encountered. The Trust is currently undertaking a review of our car parking strategy and will take on board your comments. We would like to re-assure you that the Trust does provide disabled parking at a higher ratio than directed under planning guidance for parking and has no plans to change this. Unfortunately demand for car parking is high and should drivers with a disabled badge have difficulty accessing a disabled space, they can park in the main hospital car parks, although the standard tariff will apply.
