"Quick response to my dire situation"

I have prostate cancer and have had surgery radiotherapy and hormone treatment at various hospitals, but the best care in all the 3 years of treatment from all the various institutions was from Crown Heights Medical Centre Basingstoke.

Today was no exception I had been experiencing progressive symptoms of a urinary tract infection over the new year which was not responding to pharmacy care using over the counter products.

The pain I was getting was becoming quite alarming so I phoned my GP (Crown Heights) I did not have to wait for anytime before a GP phoned me back (I missed the first call due to my fault but a second call was made within 3 minutes) The Dr discussed my symptoms and was able to prescribe treatment and request further tests to check the treatment was suitable.

Within 6 hours of the call my symptoms were relieving...I was so glad that I had phoned and spoken with the GP. The care and service was first class in terms of professionalism and efficiency and reassured me that there is a great service provided at this surgery and I feel blessed that I am registered there.
