I was referred to StAndrews by my doctor at ladybank.
StAndrews Sent me for a MRI at Victoria and StAndrews then diagnosed a ACL rupture and referred me to Victoria and Mr Walmsley. Who suggested Surgery, which was carried out at St Margarets In Dunfermline follow up physio at cupar and programmed to see Mr Walmsley for post op assessment at the Victoria
My same day operation under general anaesthetic and release, under the care of Mr Walmsley:
Everyone involved in my day at Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline gave me complete ease that I was in safe hands, from the Nurses considerate comforting care to the Fun and entirely relaxing time with the Anaesthetist pre OP, and of course Mr Walmsley and his team who were totally Professional. and finally the Physio taking the time to ensure I was prepared with a programme.
Any nerves I had on the day soon left me and 3 weeks post OP everything is going very well.
The constant checks for my Name and Operation on the day at the time felt like a little over kill but latterly and now gave me great comfort.
Thanks to everyone involved on the day
