"Why the change"

About: Ranworth Surgery

the new website states we can make appointments online with a doctor of our choice however looking today there are no appointments listed.the new system of only being able to make appointment on day leaves no choice of doctor you may want to see who you have dealt with and knows your history .If you ask if you can make an appointment the standard reply is no only on the day .this is not the receptionist fault ,as I have always found them very helpful but they are obeying orders.

If this surgery is so busy why are they taking on new patients.

We can only hope that this system is cancelled.

The new system has only replaced the Open Surgery element of the appointment system, therefore there are still pre-bookable appointments and online appointments in the afternoon as there were before.

If there are no available appointments showing for online booking, this is simply because they have all been used.

Many patients are still booking through the online system.
