At the beginning of the Month my wife took a tumble down the stairs resulting in a break. The urgent care centre was the nearest NHS outlet as we were away from our normal area. There was parking and it was free as we visited the Urgent care centre. The staff were very nice. A lot nicer than the staff in the A&E we would normally of had to attend. To summarise it was very clean I was amazed by the short time we had to wait in comparison to visits to our local A&E. Top service very impressed.
