"never can get appointment even with terminal..."

About: Hawthorn Medical Centre

I have been trying over the last several weeks to get an appointment because of bone pain in chest due to cancer, and should have quick access due to cancer and chronic Kidney disease, I am party deaf and have hearing aids, phone is always engaged, and I am person I am told time and time again that they are fully booked, because I have hearing aids I talk slightly loud as background noise interferes with my hearing, the receptionist has raised her voice and shouted at me telling me that I am shouting which was totally untrue. I also have been trying to get a appointment for a medicine review again no appointments available. Got a letter requesting I make a phone call to speak to doctor re Haematology only phone date 31 January I explained that I will already have started treatment, the answer from receptionist was, well if it was urgent then they would have said so? finally phoned 111 to find out what to do I was put through to a more qualified member of staff who forwarded the conditions to my GP she said they should get them almost immediately, I went to GP and was yet again met with the same old story, when I mentioned 111 I was told bluntly it has not arrived and they don't know how the practise runs things, and I will have to make a appointment, probably the following day, I requested a complaints form and was accused of raising my voice again untrue she did however raise hers. I ended going up to UCU at the

GWH straight after doctors and was admitted to A&E, I had to start chemo treatment

I was in GWH for three days and then had to go to Oxford to get my PD catheter ready for dialysis.
