The end NHS gets so much criticism, and I just cannot understand it. I had fantastic service at Hemel hospital having a sigmoidoscopy, not the most pleasant of procedures! I did not have to wait, the staff were efficient, professional and friendly. The hospital was immaculately clean.
I cannot possibly believe that you would get better service in a private hospital. Well done on the NHS!
