About: King George Hospital

I would like to thank all the staff that work at the clinic for always taking the time out to answer my calls and listen. My mom has been a patient at the clinic for years all the staff know her and even the security guard. They even notice when she hasn’t visited for a while .I am so appreciative of the care and kindness they have shown me and my mom.18.12.2018 mom was admitted in to ward P3.With the help of the sisters and doctor I can’t thank you enough to have taken the time out to asses my mom and see that she is not well and allow her to be treated.i called numerous of times and the support I received was absolutely amazing.i can’t thank you enough especially since I am so far away the fact that you comforted me and assured me I am beyond grateful for your loving care.I do hope that my mom is taken care of and will be well soon.another thanks to to The night sister On Duty in the evening of the 18.12.2018 for allowing me to speak to my mom over the phone I am ever grateful.May the Almighty bless and protect all the staff and I wish them a blessed Christmas and new year.I live in another province yet I can depend on the staff at KG always and that’s excellent service and care which I am most grateful for. You are truelly a blessing and an asset to KG hospital mental department. You have such brilliant kind hearts and I wish you all of the best and thank you for always remembering me and my mom.no matter what her situation you are always willing to help and I am so ever grateful from the bottom of my heart knowing that at anytime I need assistance from anywhere you are always there.I hope to see you soon and thank you personally .THANK YOU.Michelle

Thank you for taking the time to provide is with your feedback, unfortunately Barking, Havering and Redbridge NHS Trust does not manage mental health services, these services are managed by North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT), therefore, your kind words will need to be directed to them.

They can be contacted on 0300 300 1711. Once again, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.

Kind Regards

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service
