"excellent care"

About: Borders General Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (Ward 9)

(as the patient),

I was in Ward 9 at the Borders General Hospital for 5 nights following major shoulder surgery.   All the staff involved in my care were absolutely fantastic.   They were all very kind, helpful and attentive.   couldn’t have asked for more!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know that you appreciate our service, and I hope you are recovering well after your operation. Our staff work hard to provide the highest level of care, and it makes all the difference to hear positive feedback such as yours.

Dear Angus0810

Ths fact that you tell us you couldn't have asked for more when describing your care following your shoulder surgery with us in Ward 9 at the Borders General is fantastic news. This means that the team caring for you met all of your needs which we always aim to do. As my other colleagues have already said this really means so much to us and will be shared with all of the orthopaedic and theatres teams.
