I want to thank a member of staff working today- Xmas Eve in the OPD ON 24/12/18 I phoned at 09.15 to ask for any knowledge on an appt for my elderly mother who lives with me.
She could not have been more kind or helpful trying to locate a Urology appt
She is a valued member of your team and I want you to know that
I see I cannot supply her name but I am sure she knows she was extremely helpful to me and I am very greatful
