Staff choose to ignore our say. Never answered any of my questions but I had to listen to staffs. No respect.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience at Hounslow Recovery Team. It is really important to the Trust that people feel able to tell us how we are doing in regards of working together with them.

I am very sorry to hear that you did not feel that your questions were answered and that it felt that your views were not respected. Could I ask that you contact the Recovery Team Manager, Ade Omomo-Rashed, on to discuss your concerns further.
